This notice describes what MedStrata AI collects through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, and the details of your inquiry. We also record the time of submission, the inquiry type, the page you arrived from, and standard referral parameters.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, to schedule meetings, and to keep an internal record of the conversation. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Scheduling

Meetings are scheduled through Calendly. When you book a time, your name, email address, and an internal reference number are shared with Calendly to create the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs its handling of that information.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, which links are followed, and where an inquiry form is abandoned. PostHog is a product analytics service, not an advertising network, and it sets a first-party cookie to recognize a returning visit. Analytics requests are served from this domain rather than a third-party one.

If you submit an inquiry, the name and email address you provide are associated with that record so we can recognize you when we reply. The rest of your answers — what you wrote about your organization or your work — are not sent to PostHog. Where a session is recorded, everything typed into a form is masked before it leaves your browser.

You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by blocking analytics with an extension. Nothing on this site requires analytics to work.

What we do not collect

This website does not collect patient information, claims data, protected health information, or pharmacy credentials, and it does not use advertising trackers.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while they are relevant to an active conversation and removed when they are no longer needed.
